"I hate my job." Chief Frank Strenlich stormed furiously in the 101st precinct, his voice in opposite to his costume as Santa Claus. "Why must always I give the Santa Claus in the shelter for the homeless?"
"I would say, Chief, you just have the right shape for this job," Detective Mary Margaret Skalany answered, suppressing a grin only with difficulty. Strenlich in red and white really offered a cheering sight.
He only glanced furiously at her. "I don't know why you’re so agitated, I’ve got the much more worse outfit anyway,” it sounded from the door and Detective Henry Blake virtually floated in the room, wearing an small angel outfit with wings. "Do you know how many guys have flirted with me on the way here? And it’s also far too thin for this time of the year.”
“You just shouldn't have offended Captain Simms Christmas cookies,” Detective Jody Powell replied. "You know how unforgiving she can be."
"I don't have offended her, I just have broken off a tooth by this hard cookies and did spit it out. This was all." Blake tried in vain to sit down at his desk, without the skirt slipping higher.
"But why did you walked here?” Detective Kermit Griffin asked.
"Because we broke the car key in front of the asylum," Strenlich growled. "And it’s just impossible to get a repair service on Christmas Eve. Of course our uniforms also laid in the car."
Blake looked around in the office. "Where are the others?"
"Roger is undercover in Chinatown. TJ is driving Captain Simms home. She had have a bit too much from the Christmas punch, to express it carefully," Skalany explained.
Strenlich only made a "Oh, oh" sound.
"What?" Powell asked.
"Because she can get quite let’s say confidential under such circumstances how I know from own experience," the chief explained and shuddered at the memory of the last Christmas.
"Broderick has left Nickie Elder after Nickie had dropped in wishing a happy Christmas," Kermit explained. "What I heard the last was “If women even don’t want us at Christmas we’ve to amuse ourselves’," he completed.
“And where is Peter?" Blake asked and pulled again at his skirt.
"His father has picked him up," Jody explained.
"They want to spend Christmas Eve in family," Skalany added. The sour facial expression of hers and Jody made clear, that the two women didn't like this idea much.
"And they did not invite you, of course,” Blake stated unnecessary. Everyone on the precinct knew that the two had more then a little interest in father and son, but didn’t get much back from them.
"Thanks that you have mentioned this," Skalany hissed.
But Jody slapped her calming on the shoulders. "Come, let’s go," she said. "Let’s have some fun without men. What Kelly and Jordan can do, we can too."
The three men looked after them until they had vanished then Strenlich bent to Blake. "Let’s go home, too, honey. I’ll like to peel you out that costume and then we’ll look what Santa Claus has for you in... err… his bag."
Blake went red up to his scanty hair tops, however followed his friend and supervisor on the heel.
Kermit, who now was alone in the office leant casually against the wall and shook his head in mock amusement. They really were a funny troop. Peters ex, who celebrated Christmas and who knows what else with the surely soon-to-be also Ex, the meanwhile the object of their desire was permanently following his father on the heels (or vice versa), so that one almost could get second thoughts about the nature of their relationship; a Captain which probably just eats her subordinate for Christmas dinner; a Chief, who liked nothing more then to put his colleague into and off femal clothes; two female detectives, who just mutually comforted each other because of the ignorance of men, meanwhile two male colleagues did the same did because the women didn’t want them. Problems did some people have.
"They all have a really crazy private life. This cannot happen to us both, baby?" he mumbled and put his Desert Eagle out his holster, stroking tenderly about her thick shaft.
